Welcome to Castaic Lake Apartments!
Castaic is just north of Valencia on the I5. There is a large Ralphs grocery store, Rite Aid & Walgreens within walking distance. The big attraction here is the lake which has boating, fishing, swimming, play grounds and so on, and the Los Angeles National Forest.
There are 33 units in the complex, with assigned covered carport parking. All apartments are equipped with stove/oven, microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher; full bathroom and lots of closet space. Depending on availability refrigerators may be rented. Some units have a fireplace, patio and/or walk-in closet. There are 2 laundry rooms (coin-op) located on the premises.
Our complex is only a 5 minute walk to Castaic Lake and beach, 10 minute walk to the community center (playgrounds, basketball courts, ball fields, gym and track). Grocery store (Ralph's), Post Office, Drug Store (Rite Aid and Walgreen's) and Starbuck's are also within walking distance. The great thing is we are still only 10-15 minutes from the Valencia mall and Lyons exit (Wal-Mart, other shopping) without paying those exorbitant prices of living in that area.
We believe that you won't find a nicer complex for the price. Check us out for yourself!
Availability - 1 + 1 for $895/month
For move-in, deposit and first month's rent are required. Monthly, water and trash (that includes hot water) are included, you pay all other utilities (gas, electric, phone, cable). No DISH allowed and no pets. This is also a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or on the apartment complex grounds.
You can apply via fax, e-mail or in person; there is a $30 cash application fee per adult or $50 per married couple with same last name.
