Welcome to Castaic Lake Apartments!
Castaic is just north of Valencia and is less developed and therefore a little more relaxing as it is the closest thing to getting out of the big city! The big attraction here is the lake which has boating, fishing, swimming and so on, and the Los Angeles National Forest.
Our complex is only a 5 minute walk to Castaic Lake and beach, 10 minute walk to the community center (playgrounds, basketball courts, ball fields, gym and track). Grocery store (Ralph's), Post Office, Drug Store (Rite Aid and Walgreen's) and Starbuck's are also within walking distance. The great thing is we are still only 10-15 minutes from the Valencia mall and Lyons exit (Wal-Mart, other shopping) without paying those exorbitant prices of living in that area.
We believe that you won't find a nicer complex for the price. Check us out for yourself!
